Re-Enrollment is open for 2025-26

Re-enrollment is open!

Re-enrollment is officially open! Click HERE for tuition and fee deadline information.

We know that you have many choices when it comes to your child’s education, and we are truly honored that you’ve chosen to be part of our school family. With re-enrollment now open, we encourage you to secure your child’s spot as soon as possible!

GCA offers a quality educational experience::

  • Christian, not just in name, but part of the foundation of all that we do.

  • College worthy K-12 academic program that prepares students for the next level.

  • A growing fine arts and athletic program.

  • Purposeful and valued teacher / parent partnerships.

  • Intentional extra curricular opportunities for a healthy student experience.

All of the above is focused on our mission that “equips parents to disciple their children to know God and make him known through a distinctively Christian education”.

We believe that “there’s no place like Grace” and we invite you to continue the journey. As an existing family, your child’s spot will be held until February 1st. After this date, new families will have the opportunity to enroll in any grades that are open.

When to stay home due to illness? See our sick policy here

Email attendance@gcafrisco.org for sick absences

Parents, we try to spread love not germs, please keep your student home if they are showing signs of illness.  Students need to be:
  • fever free for 24 hours before returning to school
  • on antibiotics for at least 24 hours before returning to school
  • no upset stomachs for at least 24 hours before returning to school
If you do keep your student home, please email attendance@gcafrisco.org to let us know and we will let their teacher know.

Due Date for Work: Excused Absences Only

Students with excused absences of any length should turn in all work by the second class day back at school. Work that was due the first day that was missed is due immediately upon return to school. For example, if a student who attends class three days a week (M-T-Th) is absent Monday and returns to school Tuesday, the homework that was due on Monday is due the day they return: Tuesday. The homework due Tuesday is due Thursday.

In summary:

  • The work that was due the day that was missed is due the student’s first day back to school.
  • The work that was assigned while the student was absent (including in-class work) is due on the second day back, unless other arrangements are made with the teacher. Teachers may use their own discretion concerning make-up work due dates if there are special circumstances.
