This is a friendly reminder that there will be no school on Monday, January 20th, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. This day honors the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a leader who championed civil rights and equality for all.
School will resume on Tuesday, January 21st.
When we return in January, each class (current 5th through 11th grade) will be having an Academic Advising Hour. This is a meeting for parents and students as we look to the upcoming school year. Depending on the grade level, we will be discussing academics, graduation plans, dual credit opportunities, college planning, electives, service opportunities, athletics, and more. We have planned these meetings during Period 1 (7:45 – 8:35 a.m.), except for 5th grade (see below). We have selected this time in the hope that it will be convenient for parents so that you can attend and then move forward with the rest of your day. You will be attending the meeting of your current grade in preparation for the next grade. We look forward to seeing you there!
