Pursuing Our Passions with Purpose
Extracurricular activities are an important component of a well-balanced education. From fine arts to athletics, organized extracurricular activities give students opportunities to make new friends, develop new skills, and discover new interests. Furthermore, extracurricular activities can be great opportunities for mentorship and ministry.
At Grace Covenant Academy, we provide extracurricular activities that will enable students to pursue their passions with the purpose of glorifying God. By providing organized activities, teams, and events we will aim to teach students how they can glorify God through all areas of His creation; whether that’s singing on stage or swinging a bat.
All of our activities are led by GCA staff or volunteers who are committed to using the activity as a means for discipleship. We try to use every activity as an opportunity to teach Biblical truths about work, rest, failure, progress, sanctification, authority, grace, and much more, so that students are equipped to see all things through a Biblical lens. We encourage all of our students to participate in activities, so they will discover their talents and develop new skills that can be used to advance the Kingdom.
